Consisting of approximately 65,140 SF, the portfolio includes three (3) multi-tenant medical office buildings that are 100% leased to established medical practice groups, including Central Cardiology, a division of Centric Health, as well as the award-winning Bakersfield Heart Hospital.
The buildings are located adjacent to Bakersfield Heart Hospital, which provides a campus environment and convenience for patients and healthcare providers alike. In addition, many of the physicians have admitting privileges at the 47-bed hospital.
